PROGRAMME
Guidelines for oral presentations: The slide size format that should be used is 16:9. A Windows-based presentation computer will be employed. Speakers should upload their presentations before their session via USB stick to the presentation computer. Use of your own laptop is also possible but discouraged. Presenters who use their laptop must bring their HDMI plugs/adaptors to connect it to the projector.
Guidelines for poster presentations: Posters should be in A0 format with portrait orientation, i.e., poster dimensions should be 841mm wide and 1189mm high (33.1 inches x 46.8 inches). It is recommended that you print your poster before you travel. Onsite printing will not be available. Electrical outlets will not be provided in the poster presentation area.
