Guidelines for oral presentations: The slide size format that should be used is 16:9. A Windows-based presentation computer will be employed. Speakers should upload their presentations through the link they are provided at least one day before their session. Alternatively, they can upload them directly to the presentation computer via USB stick. Use of own laptop is also possible. Presenters who use their laptop must bring their HDMI or VGA plugs/adaptors to connect it to the projector.
Guidelines for poster presentations: Posters should be in A0 format with portrait orientation, i.e., poster dimensions should be 841mm wide and 1189mm high (33.1 inches x 46.8 inches). It is recommended that you print your poster before you travel. Onsite printing will not be available. Electrical outlets will not be provided in the poster presentation area.
